Break and Enter
On the 2nd February 2016 it was reported to Goondiwindi Police that an address on the Leichhardt Highway Goondiwindi was subject to a break and enter.
The offender entered the property and entered a vehicle taking a set of vehicle keys.
The following day Goondiwindi Police spoke to several people before arresting a juvenile of a Goondiwindi address.
The juvenile was issued with an official Police caution with regards the offence.
Stolen Property Located
On the 2nd February Police from the Goondiwindi Criminal Investigation branch executed a search warrant on an address in Stratford Street Goondiwindi. Police located stolen property had the address.
Detectives spoke to and later charged a 20 year old male from Boonah address.
Police will allege that the 20 year old male brought stolen goods into Queensland, received tainting goods and drove a vehicle without a current drivers licence.
The 20 year old male will appear in Goondiwindi Magistrates Court on the 17th February in relation to the charges.
During the night of the 3rd February Police report that a vehicle which had been parked at an address in Charles Avenue Goondiwindi was subject to a vehicle stealing.
Offenders have removed a Engel fridge and bag which had been secured to the vehicles tray.

Shop Steal Offence
On the 5th February Police received a complaint that property was removed from the Railway Hotel Goondiwindi.
Police later spoke to a 40 year old male of a Boogabilla address and subsequently charged the 40 year old with a shop steal offence.
The 40 year old male will appear in the Goondiwindi Magistrate Court on the 17th February in relation to the charge.
On the 5th February Talwood Police intercepted a vehicle on the Talwood Boonanga Road Talwood.
Police spoke with a 40 year old male of a Wondai address.
Police conducted checks of the vehicle and confirmed that the vehicle was stolen.
The driver was transported to the Talwood Police Station where he spoke to Police.
The 40 year old male was charged with the Unlawful Use of Motor vehicle and was driving whilst disqualified.
The driver was bailed to attend the Goondiwindi Magistrates Court on the 17th February in relation to the matter.
On the 5th February 2016 at about 9:30pm Talwood Police intercepted a vehicle on the South Winton Road Toobeah.
Police spoke to a 43 year old driver of a Moree address who failed an initial road side breath test.
The driver was transported to the Goondiwindi Police Station and provided a breath analysis of 0.187%.
The driver had his licence suspended until court and was issued with a notice to appear on the 17th February before the Goondiwindi Magistrate court for high range drink driving.
Drunk and Disorderly
On the 7th February a 19 year old male of a Goondiwindi address was arrested by Police on Marshall Street Goondiwindi.
The 19 year old had been asked to leave a licenced premise and subsequently struck out at security staff and cause a disturbance until Police arrived.
Police later charged the 19 year old male with disorderly on licence premise, assault and public nuisance to appear in the Goondiwindi Magistrate Court on the 8th March.
